Savannah Geogia part 2

Working on  her Jr Ranger badge

Fort Pulaski National Monument

I don't know if a lot of you know but the National Park system has what  they call  Junior Rangers. Kids can get a book that they fill out and turn in as they visit the park. When they get turned in they get a badge from that park.  There are other patches you can earn like my daughter is doing here... This was for the Junior Civil War HistorianAll we had to do was  visit 3 parks that were participating in it and become a Jr ranger at all of them or  visit 2 parks and do an online activity.

can we take this home?

 OLD FORT JACKSON

If  you must go to a fort this is the place to go.  My daughter had a lot of fun and the staff that was working there  was awesome!!
Special Thank you to Private Bradford and Corporal Moore for such a great learning experience! My daughter loved that both of you interacted with her and she love the cannons and muskets. She can't wait to go back again. Thank you so much for you time that you share with everyone! And sorry if I got your names wrong.
